Retail

These items are in generally on stock and ready to ship. Sometimes items can be temporariyl out of stock but are on stock again shortly.

Order on demand

We will get these items for you. It can take up to several weeks until you receive the item, especially if it is an item from overseas.

Preorder

These item are not available, yet. With your order you make a commitment to buy the games when it gets available, as a bonus you receive a discount on the normal retail price. Your bank account will be charged when the games goes into production with the manufacturer. After that, it usually takes several weeks (take 12 weeks as a point of reference) until the item will be shipped to you. As soon as the item goes into production, this kind of order can not be cancelled. If you choose credit card, paypal or "Sofortüberweisung" the shop will automtically initiate an immediate charge according to the kind of payment chosen. Please think carefully about what kind of payment you use for preorders. A publisher well known for his preorder programme named P500 is GMT Games, here is their description of the P500 programme:

When registering, you can specify the GHS discount group that will be added to your account. You will receive the UGG discount if the condition described below is met.

Please note: The discounts are calculated in your shopping cart, the article pages show the standard prices. Also, you need to be a registered customer and be logged in to your account in order get the reduced prices!

UGG Discount

Until December 31, 2019, the UGG discount was granted for subscriptions to Command & Strategy magazine. Since the magazine has been discontinued, the following rules apply from 01/01/2020:
If you order goods worth more than € 1,000 within a calendar year, you will receive a 5% discount on each article ordered in the following calendar year.
AND/OR
If you have supported a successful UGG Kickstarter project within a calendar year, you will receive a 5% discount on each article ordered in the following calendar year. This is of cause only possible in years, where there is a UGG Kickstarter project. So watch out for this on Facebook, Twitter, our Website, and our Shop.
