The consignee must check if the package is undamaged. Especially the outside conditions of the packages have to be controlled. If a consignee signs a document of a freight company in which is stated everything is alright, UGG will thereafter refuse any liability.
To be able to get money from a freight insurance company, damages from the outside must be stated on the freight company’s documents when receiving the goods.
Hidden damages cannot be covered unless there are signs on the packages that they have been opened during transport.
Shipping costs are charged when items are ready to ship! The shipping costs at the time of delivery apply for preorders.
The above is true for preorders and games that are temporarily out of stock. All orders for available games can be made with your favorite way of payment, like paypal, credit card etc.
Foresightful customers can check the date of arrival of our next import on the front page of the onlineshop. You can then place an order of regular items shortly before arrival of your import items. Adding Games that are in stock to an import order that is possible. But we have a concurrence situation. Customer A (like you) wants to reserve games to be shipped with others that are about to come in in order to save on shipping. Customer B wants one or more of those reserved titles to order them now and be shipped now. In case of insufficient stock customer B will get preference. Means such a reservation happens on risk of customer A and UGG is not responsible if that does not work. Therefore it is best to wait until short before the import will arrive. Please watch the UGG webpage. Import dates are subject to change due to a lot of reasons UGG cannot control (for example delays in delivery, strikes, customs issues). UGG is preparing a procedure in our new shop that items can be added to an import order. We do not know exactly when that is ready. Till it is ready, you can order them by Email only.

If you order a game that UGG currently doesn’t have in stock that game doesn’t count toward the Free Shipping calculation. Delaying an order until all the games you ordered are in stock to save on shipping is NOT possible. The shop may calculate free shipping if you order enough items together. However, free shipping still depends on availablity of enough items, the shop cannot calculate "if and when". Futhermore the stock situation is in steady change.
